Pinventory (a d/b/a of Providence Pinball LLC) is a fleet management tool for pinball operators and collectors. It allows you to track machines, locations, maintenance, parts inventory, and earnings.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.
Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Pinventory. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Service Availability

Pinventory is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is free and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Providence Pinball LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
