Yes. The core app is free with no ads: machines, locations, collections and payouts, maintenance, parts, QR issue reports, and your team. Pro adds advanced reporting and P&L, tracking for arcade and other non-pinball equipment, and more.
Do my location owners need accounts?
No. Payout statements come out of the app ready to hand over. Venue staff only need an account if you want them recording collections or issues themselves.
Do players need to install anything to report a problem?
No. The QR code on the machine opens a web page in their phone's browser. The report goes straight to your issue list.
Does it work standing at the machine?
Yes. Pinventory runs on the web and as native iOS and Android apps, so collections, meter audits, and repairs get recorded at the coin door, not from memory at home.
